Return and Refund Policy
At Kaibo Finds, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at kaibofinds@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for used items, damaged items caused by misuse, final sale items, or items that are not in their original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kaibofinds@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery.
